What types of Payments do you accept? — All Standard Payments.
All Standard Payments. We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payments are made through the authorization server of the Bank's Processing Center.
How do I return or exchange an item? — Our Guarantee.
Our Guarantee. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and request an exchange or a full refund.
If you are approved, your replacement/refund will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
The guarantee does not apply to items of personal hygiene. Term of crediting funds from 1 to 3 business days (depends on the issuing bank) from the date of the return.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement, refunds and exchanges.
What are your shipping options? — Limited by volume.
Limited by volume. Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Delays can be due to the high workload of support during holidays, collection releases, or large additions.
Delivery time depends on the type of shipment and delivery address.
The deadlines do not include days of reception and non-working days (weekends and holidays), as well as non-working days of the courier delivery area and post offices.
Delivery time averages between 11 and 30 business days.
Where do you ship from? — US, Australia, Shanghai or Singapore.
All orders are shipped from US, Australia, Shanghai, or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster.
Where is my order? — Order Tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send your Order Tracking Number (OTN). If you do not receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) within 7 business days from the day you have completed your payment, please contact us for more information.
Our team sends an email with details of the order and a tracking number after the order is shipped. There may be several tracking numbers in the email if several items are paid for. In this case, our team sends items in separate parcels to preserve quality. This may be the reason why different items are shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You can track your order on our website!
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
You can. We allow for cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of payment.
If you request to cancel your order, we will refund part of the order amount. A cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted.
Changes to the order (contact information, delivery address, color, size, etc.) - free of charge.
If more than 24 hours have passed since you paid your order, we cannot cancel or change your order. This is because our team processes and ships most orders within 24 hours of payment.
Who is the manufacturer? - Made In China.
Country of manufacture: China. Do not worry about quality - all the production facilities of major manufacturers have long been moved to Asia (Braun, Apple) to be able to offer the consumer adequate value.
All devices are manufactured on automated lines with strict quality control in China.
We work directly with our manufacturing plant and we DO NOT have any external retailers or resellers.
